Let us seal out water and salt with our completely non-toxic service. Our procedure permanently prevents salt penetration, purges soluble chlorides that are now in the concrete, and permanently seals water out. The process is not a coating, but a deeply penetrating sealant that works by chemically bonding with and filling the small pores or capillaries in concrete. The chemistry and physics involved is permanent. It not only waterproofs, but also adds strength and durability.
The concrete surface is hardened, densified, waterproofed, and salt proofed. Permanently! One treatment will last the life of concrete because it becomes part of the concrete integral structure.
We offer a cost effective way to preserve investment by avoiding substantial repair and replacement costs. Our service is highly effective in making concrete physically stronger and denser, protecting it against water, ice, and salt, while increasing its resistance to stains, acids, alkalis, moisture, mold and mildew. Since water and chlorides will not migrate into the concrete, embedded rebar or steel will not rust, snow and ice removal is easier, traction is not impaired, and dirt is repelled. This is not a surface coating, so the appearance remains unchanged, except the concrete will resist dirt and stains.

Note: If there is existing surface damage such as chips, broken off pieces, or spalling, we can repair these areas as part of our treatment.
A word of caution about surface sealers: They are just that. They only coat the surface and begin to wear off immediately after application. Many will cause a slippery surface.

• The surface will be cleaned using environmentally friendly products.
• As part of the cleaning process, the surface will be pressure washed to further clean and prepare the concrete for our application.
